Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wnbd platform available at wnbd.onl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the wnbd Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the platform relating to specific games, promotions, or payment methods.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wnbd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all versions of the wnbd platform, including but not limited to the desktop browser interface, the mobile browser interface, and any future applications made available by wnbd. References to "wnbd", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the wnbd.onl platform. References to "you", "your", or "player" refer to the registered user of the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on wnbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wnbd operates a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a wnbd employee or associated partner organisation.
• You must not have previously been excluded from wnbd or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

wnbd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting documentary evidence of age, identity, and location. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by wnbd may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the wnbd platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any of this information changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wnbd operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before any withdrawal request is approved, you will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity and address. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biometric data page)
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months showing your registered address

wnbd may request additional documents at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player's account has been compromised, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that the information on file is inaccurate. Refusal to cooperate with KYC requests will result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wnbd username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. wnbd support staff will never ask for your password. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wnbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wnbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. wnbd does not accept cash deposits or payments via any cryptocurrency.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• wnbd does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your wnbd balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take up to 2 business days.
• wnbd reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending completion of an enhanced KYC review.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate wnbd transaction is a breach of these Terms. wnbd will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may pursue recovery of funds through available legal means. Any account subject to an open chargeback dispute will be suspended pending resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

wnbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games list, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry date.
• Bonus terms are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the bonus wallet. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• wnbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and actively in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claim.

Bonus Abuse

wnbd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer from multiple accounts, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All cricket betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activities conducted on the wnbd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all wnbd product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wnbd cannot reverse a confirmed wager except in circumstances where a clear technical error has resulted in an obviously incorrect outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting market or casino game session, wnbd will apply the relevant product rules to determine the outcome. Where no outcome can be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• wnbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly erroneous or published as a result of a pricing error.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation is strictly prohibited. wnbd cooperates fully with sporting bodies and law enforcement authorities investigating integrity violations.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to place bets without genuine manual interaction is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Using the platform while under the age of 21

Responsible Gaming

All content published on the wnbd platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of wnbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wnbd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the wnbd platform without the prior written consent of wnbd.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with wnbd. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict wnbd's liability where such exclusion or restriction is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy & Data

wnbd collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the wnbd Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

Players access and use the wnbd platform subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is lawful where they are located.

wnbd makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is the player's responsibility to determine whether accessing the wnbd platform is lawful in their location before doing so.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through wnbd's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction. Players agree to waive any right to a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any such dispute.
